The Bali Spirit Festival was again an awsome experience for us this year.
We held two circles of our own and collaborated with a Japanese Mystic sound healer,
Sachiho Kojimaand
and international Kundalini Yoga teacher Rebecca Pflaum who had classes of over 100 people.
We really landed on our feet here, with incredible places to stay and new friends and opportunity’s.
We are teaming up with Rebecca and Sachiho to do retreats in Japan and hopefully other locations around the world. We would love to bring them to Australia some time soon.
Our retreat in Japan is on the 4th 5th & 6th of June.
The joy of sacred sound and movement.
A journey through the sacred, using chanting and sound healing with the heart opening movement of Kundalini Yoga and the inspiration of a tour through the temples of the sacred island of Okinawa. The people from Okinawa, which is the southern most part of Japan, have the greatest number of people over 100 years of age (centurians) in the world. All have a very good state of health.
Tokyo , Friday 11th June The Joy of sacred sound and movement one day retreat.
We will then come back to Australia to hold weekly circles in Byron Bay, and do a tour of Australia. From there we will head to Canada, USA and Europe.
